- 5 / 5By Henry CYou cannot pass by this small town or be in La Junta and not try Lucy's Tacos. The locals swear by it and with good reason. The portions are big and the food is very tasty, albeit not the healthiest choice you can make but very satisfying. They are open late and have very fast service even when there's a line you never have to wait long to receive your food. I've tried multiple plates of theirs and like them all. So if you happen to be in the area or passing by and looking for some good comfort food give Lucy's a try. If you don't live in the area they have a dine-in area with chairs and tables as well.September 23, 2016
